CBSE Class 10 exams canceled, 12th postponed: Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank told TV on Wednesday that there will be no Class 10 CBSE board exams this year and students will campaign on Wednesday based on internal assessment. He said the government had postponed the Class 12 exams till May 30. The Board will release the revised schedule for Class 12 Board Examinations on June 1.
The decision was taken at a high-level meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. The meeting was attended by Education Secretary Pokhriyal and other government officials.
